Donal Ryan, one of Ireland’s most acclaimed writers, returns to Leaves to read from his new novel Heart, Be at Peace. A follow up to his multi award winning novel The Spinning Heart, Heart, Be at Peace continues to explore the themes of family, love and resilience. It has been widely praised for its lyrical prose and deep emotional resonance. Donal’s ability to capture the essence of rural Irish life and the complexities of human relationships has made him a beloved figure in contemporary literature.
Donal will be joined in conversation by Claire O’Brien, presenter of Encore. Midland 103’s Arts and Culture Show.
